After you submit all your answers to the Practice Test, you will see a scorecard.
Take some time to review your scorecard. Reviewing the rationale of questions you answered incorrectly will help you identify the nursing areas or concepts that you may want to review some more.
The rationale and correct response(s) can be found by clicking the question reference number (Ref #):
- A check mark ✔ means you answered the question correctly.
- An X means your answer was incorrect.
- N/A means you did not answer the question.
A score of 75% or greater is required for the Practice Test to count toward your course completion certificate. You can retake the test as many times as you like. Once you reach a 100% score, the Retake button disappears, and you will not be able to retake the practice test.
You can also scroll back to review each question in more detail. You can see the Client Needs Category and Subcategory from the test plans that the question pertained to. While reviewing the question, you can mark how confident you felt about the question by checking Need Help, Fair or Strong next to the question.
This will help you with identifying specific nursing concepts that you may want to spend some extra time on reviewing. When you return to the scorecard, you will see the confidence level you chose for that question.
